There are various visa options for different circumstances, but if you are a skilled worker and looking for the opportunity in Australia, then Australian skilled visa is what you are looking for. Under this program you have to submit an EOI (Expression of Interest) which would qualify you to be considered for the skill visa.
The Skilled Nominated visa (subclass 190) is a permanent visa for points tested skilled workers who are nominated by a state or territory government agency.
The Skilled Regional (Provisional) Subclass 489 visa is a 4-year provisional visa which requires holders to live and work in a regional area to obtain permanent residence. To qualify, you would need be sponsored by either a relative living in a designated area or a State or Territory Government.
The 189 visa is a permanent application allowing the applicants to remain indefinitely in Australia with full work rights. It does not require sponsorship by a State/Territory Government or relative in Australia
The Skilled Independent Work Visa (subclass 189) requires you to be sponsored by an employer or family member or nominated by a state or territory government. Once you find a suitable sponsor, they will send you a letter of invitation to apply for the visa
Like any General Skilled Migration visa, the 491 is a points-tested. This means that you will need to submit an EOI and total at least 65 points.
